Laarb Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1lb ground chicken
1lb ground pork
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped mint
1/2 cup green onion
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
juice of 2 limes
butter lettuce for serving
Instructions
1. Sauté onion until soft, about 2 minutes.
2. Add pork and chicken and cook until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
3. Season with coconut aminos and fish sauce.
4. Turn off heat and season with rice vinegar and lime juice.
5. Let it cool for 5 minutes and mix in cilantro, green onions, mint and red pepper flakes.
6. Serve over butter lettuce.
